Shipping Charges
We are pleased to offer complimentary shipping on all domestic orders across India.
For select order categories or special conditions (if applicable), a standard shipping fee may apply, which will be clearly communicated at checkout.
Delivery Coverage
Motiff Weaves delivers to all serviceable pin codes across India.
We request our customers to provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including landmark and pin code, to ensure smooth and timely delivery. All shipments require a signature upon delivery for security purposes.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email and SMS containing:
- Tracking Number
- Courier Partner Details
- Tracking Link
You may also track your order by logging into your account on our website.
Change of Delivery Address
You may request a change in your delivery address within 24 hours of placing the order.
Once the order has been dispatched, we will be unable to modify the address.

Delay in Dispatch or Delivery

Taxes & Duties (International Orders)
For international shipments:
- Any applicable VAT, import duties, or customs charges are to be borne by the customer
- Motiff Weaves does not have control over these charges
Billing & Shipping Address
- Billing Address: Address linked to your payment method
- Shipping Address: Address where the order will be delivered
Customers may choose different addresses for billing and shipping.
We also offer gift packaging on request, making your purchase perfect for special occasions.
Order Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.
- Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation will not be possible
- Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 working days
